Spiritual Soup Mix Recipe

This is where my story begins. It's the phase of my life where I transitioned from being an everyday girl to feeling like I had stepped into a fusion of a Stephen King novel, a Walt Disney tale, and a bowl of Deepak Chopra's wisdom. This represents my personal journey of spiritual awakening—a blend of the eerie and magical, yet profoundly serene.

Eerie! A term that might seem misplaced in a spiritual context, but it fits perfectly. Confronting our inner demons and triumphing over them. Gazing into the abyss within and seeking out the faintly glowing light. Imagine a child alone in a dark room, gripped by fear. A noise, a shadow in the corner—terror takes hold and imagination runs wild. Then, that cry for mom pierces the darkness. Mom rushes in, flips on the light, and asks, "Are you okay?" The child sits up, realizing the frightening monster was merely a teddy bear slipping off a chair. All the child needed was a beam of light in the dark to reveal that the corner harbored no monster, only a cuddly teddy bear. This mirrors our journey. Deep-seated fears reside within us. As our spiritual awakening unfolds, we confront these fears. With each confrontation, the dim light within us grows brighter, gradually illuminating our path. Here lies the crux of the famous acronym FEAR—False Evidence Appearing Real.

As I transcended my personal fears and confronted my inner demons in my spiritual sanctuary, a sense of enchantment started to envelop me. Fear ebbed away. My five senses heightened, and I found my body growing more attuned. I realized I was venturing beyond the confines of these senses. First, I began seeing things imperceptible to the naked eye. Energy became visible. I could recline in the backyard, gazing up at thousands of tiny, luminous dots—almost an electric sky! Gradually, I started sensing energy through my hands. This was just the beginning; more magical sensations surged into my human experience. It was an enchantment that surpassed magic; at this point, I would have eagerly stepped into my spiritual sanctuary and emerged in Narnia, ready for the next escapade. An exhilarating realization dawned upon me—that life is far grander than our wildest dreams. An authentic joy accompanies the enchanting realization that we are more than we ever envisioned.

Amidst this marvelous journey, a notion crept in that I might be veering off course. I had become so engrossed in the marvels and pursuit of new adventures that I had neglected a crucial question—why was all of this happening? Was there a purpose to it? Then, a revelation struck me—I had a purpose now! Whether you call it God, Universe, or Creator, my source had bestowed upon me a gift, and it was now my turn to share it. Amidst my elation and learning, I realized that if I could experience this, so could everyone else. This marked the moment I found my Zen. I made the decision to turn inward and explore how I could be of service.

Once I embarked on this journey, the magic endured, Zen remained, and I understood that it was time to guide others toward discovering their magic and self-awareness growth. Here, we realize we are all interconnected in this cosmic soup bowl. Each of us is distinct, yet we are all held within the universal container, each contributing our unique life flavors. This is where my blog comes into play—assisting each of you in discovering personal Joy, Passion, Love, and Peace. Once you achieve this, you can share your gift with others.
